happy almost halloween!
My brother and I when we were little (I'm guessing I was maybe 3?).
I was an extremely horrible looking Broom Hilda. What a crappy plastic costume that was. What were you thinking, mom?
Now, if only I can resist eating this large bowl of candy long enough so that the children who come to the door Sunday night can actually have some.

i remember those horrible plastic costumes! and those icky masks - ugh!
jack is going to be a spider :)
i'll post his photo on my lj - he's cute and says "BOO!" (thought that would be easier to master than "trick or treat!" for a kid who is not quite two!)

Oh, I just realized I must have been two because I don't recognize that background, so it must have been our house in Nebraska. Nebraska has crappy costumes.

Hey, you live near us, right? We can bring our son around on Sunday to take some candy off your hands. ;)

Abigail, that's what I hear. We're on the corner of Mercy and Palo Alto for the next 2 weeks. Drop on by and I will give him lots of candy. What's his costume?
